Flight School: Nike Foamposite One Pewter

As a purveyor of all things "fly" I have high regard for Nike product.  As long  as the boys in Beaverton keep wheeling out heat I'll keep opening my wallet. The Nike Foamposite One Pewter is no exception. Scheduled for release in early 2011 so I suggest you put aside a little scrilla to cop. More pics after the jump.

Air Jordan 1 (AJ1) Retro High - “School Daze” pack

Just in time to hit the books again, Spike Lee and Jordan Brand collaborate yet again on a School-Daze-inspired pair of Air Jordan 1 high models. One models takes its inspiration from the poster of this 1988 Spike Lee film, using the purple, yellow, and white found on the poster throughout the shoe and on the strap. The varsity patch material on the swoosh is a nice detail to lock in the scholastic theme. The other model has no straps and adopts its colors from the fraternity Gamma Phi Gamma that is featured in the film. Leather replaces the varsity material on the swoosh in this classic, no-frills colorway. With the flurry of releases of Air Jordan 1s, the models in this pack seem to be standouts. These should hit your local retailers very soon.

Nike - Blazer High Premium - Selvage Denim

The above Blazer High started to drop in international doors last month but have slowly started to hit US base retailers now so look out for them at your local Nike dealers. The raw selvage denim is two-toned in a darker and lighter version with contrast stitching to mimic that of premium denim. Also notice the brown Nike emblem on the heel that mimics the hem stitch on a fresh pair of jeans. Other details include the white and red selvage piping (also seen in the picture on the jean cuffs) and a Levis-esque Nike tag in white and red. The black sole, swoosh, and heel box all provide just enough contrast to make these Blazers some highly-anticipated sneakers.

Nitro Microphone Underground x Nike Sportswear Air Force 1 Mid

Japanese Hip-Hop group Nitro Microphone Underground get the nod of appreciation from Nike as they celebrate the 10th anniversary of their inaugural album. Having done collaborations in the past, this time around they focus on the Air Force 1 Mid. The shoe features some interesting notes from the tonal crackle print to the gold foil. References to the years are seen on the tongue as well. The shoes are set to drop next month in September.
